• Entertainment area with fans and lights: Natural gas fireplace and living room.
• Dinner area.
• Full roof and frame structure.
• Outdoor kitchen stamped concrete.
• Stamped concrete on side entrance through patio from driveway.
• Sprinklers system reinstallation.
• Garden finishing.
