ROOF REPLACEMENT AND EXTERIOR PAINT

• Place dumpster on property driveway to dispose the old roof system and haul away all materials resulting from this project.
• Remove one layer of asphalt shingles from the existing roof system.
• Clean deck.
• Install GAF synthetic underlayment over plywood surface.
• Install Drip Edge. Color to be determined with Project Manager.
• Install Limited LIFETIME WARRANTY GAF Shingles. Color to be determined with Project Manager.
• Install Ridge Vent and Ridge Cap.
• Replace Plumbing Vents.
• Seal around vents, pipes, and flashing.
• Clear all the gutters around the property

EXTERIOR PAINT

• Two garage doors and trim
• House- Fascia, stucco, columns, metal roof, fireplace metal cap, and gate.
• Backyard Kitchen- stone, stucco, fascia, metal roof.
