The Woodlands, TX
In this project, the homeowners were tired of their old and not-so-beautiful fireplace. They wanted a homy and cozy place to spend more time with family and friends. In addition to having a nice space for season decorations. We proposed to do a fireplace refurbishment because in this case they were looking for an improvement, not a rebuild. So, this is what we did:
- Remove old tile
- Remove old fireplace natural gas accessories
- Clean the fireplace wall surfaces (Corbel, mantel, mantel shelf, and surround)
- Clean firebox and interior surroundings
- Install new slate ledger panel
- Paint firebox
- Paint screen rail and front access cover
- Paint corbel, mantel, mantel shelf, and surround
- Install new natural gas set (Dual Flame Pan Burner, Flex Line, Connection Fittings, Damper Clamp)
- Put in place Lava Rocks, Rockwool, fireplace’s grate, and Ceramic White Birch Logs
- Place the screen rail and front access cover
