Roof Replacement

Natural disasters can be a real threat to our life and home. A severe storm resulted in a large tree falling onto the back of the house. That’s how we solved it:

* Cover the area over fallen tree to prevent water damage.

* Cut and remove fallen tree

* Remove damaged roof framing structure on first and second story

* Replace damaged rafters, beams, and decking

PARTIAL ROOF REPLACEMENT ON FIRST AND SECOND STORY TO REPAIR DAMAGE FROM FALLEN TREE – GAF

* Place dumpster on property driveway to dispose the old roof system and haul away all materials resulting from this project.

* Removed one layer of asphalt shingles from the existing roof system.

* Install GAF synthetic underlayment over plywood surface.

* Install Drip Edge. Color to be determined with Project Manager.

* Install Limited LIFETIME WARRANTY GAF Shingles.

* Install of Ridge Vent.

* Install of Ridge Cap.

* Replacement of Plumbing Vents.

* Seal around vents, pipes, and flashing.

* Furnish all Materials and Labor.

SOFFIT

* Remove Damaged Soffit.

* Remove Trim.

* Replace with James Hardie Soffit and Trim.

* Paint to Match

* Repair drywall damage on kitchen ceiling and second story.

* Texture and paint to match.

* Remove old gutters and install seamless new gutters as per color selection.

* Install gutter downspouts.

* Remove all debris resulting from this project
